Join MickiPhit for an unforgettable Pilates retreat in the breathtaking island of Crete, Greece. The retreat will be held in picturesque Crete, surrounded by crystal-clear waters and stunning beaches. Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the island, providing the perfect backdrop for a transformative journey. Participants will engage in daily Pilates sessions, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, the program will cater to all levels.
Beyond Pilates, participants will have the chance to explore the rich culture and history of Crete through organized excursions to significant landmarks and charming villages, allowing for a deeper connection with the island.
About the retreat leader
“I am a Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience. In 2011, I started a Wellness company called MickiPhit, where I combine my knowledge of Pilates, group fitness and movement to enhance the life of my clients.
I started practicing Pilates in preparation for my wedding and fell in love with the principles, movement and results of Pilates. After practicing for 2 years I became certified through Power Pilates as a Mat I and Mat II Pilates instructor. I am also certified through ACE and AFAA as a Wellness Coach, Strength Coach and Group Fitness Instructor.
In 2018, I launched a membership based Online Pilates Studio (MickiPhit.com) that offers 24/7 access to step-by-step instructional Pilates videos providing simplified Pilates for your home or on-the-go Pilates practice. I also offer the MickiPhit Fitness app for those who want more athletic weight training workouts for home or on- the-go.
My aim is to bring Pilates and movement to a wide range of students with the MickiPhit Method; by offering variations of the traditional Pilates moves. My book, Pilates for Everyone, provides over 100 variations of Pilates and Pilates inspired exercises- making Pilates more accessible to students of many fitness levels.
I have an international following and have taught in Greece, Panama, Jamaica, Aruba, Italy and Spain. I enjoy the relationship building that Pilates retreats provide and the getting to my know my students are deeper level.
When I am not traveling,teaching clients or filming inventory for my online platforms; I love spending time with my husband Imari and my two children Autumn and Miles.“

Cancellation Policy: Deposit amount is non-refundable | Should you wish to cancel your participation one month or less before the start of the retreat, 100% of cancellation fees will be applied.
Important Info: In case there are Covid restrictions or any other restrictions that prevent guests from travelling, the total amount paid will be refunded.
Dietary Needs: Should you have any special dietary need/allergy, kindly let us know in advance in order to be able to accommodate you in the best possible way.
Transport: For Micki’s retreat in Crete, you can fly into Heraklion International Airport (HER).
From there, you can book a transfer to hotel (duration: 50min)
