Beyond Sweat, Katie is a talented cook and author, recently releasing her acclaimed cookbook, The Kitchen Series, inspiring others to embrace healthy living through delicious meals.   • 4:30pm - 5:15pm: Types of cardio, how to implement and what is the right cardio for you
  • 5:30pm -6:30pm: Afternoon Pilates session: The foundations and technique
  • 7:30pm: Community Dinner at Hotel

DAY 3

  • 8:00am - 8:30am: Morning stretch and mobility
  • 8:30am - 9:30am: Walking/ running steady state movement
  • 9:30 - 10:30am: Breakfast at hotel
  • 11:00am - 4:00pm: Free time / Optional Activity: Half-Day Cruise to Rhenia and Delos Islands 
  • 4:30pm - 5:15pm: The importance of fueling your body and creating well balanced meals
  • 5:30pm -6:30pm: Afternoon Pilates session: Upper body and core

DAY 4
