Deepak Chopra and Sarah Finger will be in Greece from September 28th until October 2nd, for a transformative retreat with the theme: The Future of Wellbeing. 

This experience has been organised by retreat company Travelgems in partnership with Dr. Chopra, and it will take place at W Costa Navarino, a luxurious 5-star hotel in Greece.

The discussion themes will delve into the importance of all aspects of wellbeing, and in particular:

• The 8 Limbs of Yoga, exploring social intelligence, emotional intelligence, body intelligence, breath intelligence, and interoceptive intelligence, with a focus on regulating the organs in the body for self-healing.
• The Path to Love and the significance of relationships for health span, healing, and lifespan.
• The Awakened Life and what it means to understand ourselves beyond our body, mind, and world experience.

Daily yoga sessions, led by Sarah Finger, will cover a range of physical wellness practices, including pranayama, kriyas, mudras, bandhas, and more.

Meditation will be a highlight of the retreat, with participants receiving guidance from Dr. Chopra himself and practicing together by the Mediterranean sea.
