Sage Yoga experience
Visualize yourself in the beautiful island of Mykonos, having daily yoga practice, while at the same
time having time to enjoy the beautiful pristine beaches the island has to offer. Later in the evening, explore the social life of this unique destination. This is the real meaning of traveling well.

About the retreat leader

Yogaloves.org founder, Jillian Sage, is a native New Yorker, and a former dancer who performed and taught ballet professionally before becoming a yoga teacher.
Jillian is certified in Bikram yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, and Exhale Core Fusion, among other forms. She received her power and flow vinyasa training through Exhale. Jillian completed her 200 hr Yoga Alliance LOAY TT through Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC. She has continued to grow her knowledge of yoga by completing Thai Yoga Massage training though Lotus Palm in Montreal. She teaches open group, private and public yoga classes throughout NYC. Her class is a Dharma inspired Vinyasa Flow focusing on proper alignment and ensuring that her students
receive the full healing benefits of each posture.

Daily Schedule

1
Day 1
Arrival in Mykonos and hotel check-in. As the group might arrive separately, with different flights, all must have checked-in by 5 pm. The day is free to settle in the room, relax from the trip and get ready for dinner at one of Mykonos’ most famous restaurants.

Day 2
You will start your day with a morning fitness session followed by a yoga session with music taught by Jillian. An energy-boosting breakfast will be waiting for you at the hotel before your driver takes you to Kalo Livadi beach. The rest of the day is free to relax by the sea and enjoy the Greek sun. After about 3 hours, you will be transferred back to your hotel. In the evening, you will do a sunset meditation session by the beach at the hotel followed by a delicious dinner at a downtown restaurant, in the most enchanting spot on the island.

Day 3
You will start your day with a morning fitness session followed by a yoga session with music taught by Jillian. An energy-boosting breakfast will be waiting for you at the hotel before your driver takes you to Lia beach. The rest of the day is free to relax by the sea and enjoy the Greek sun. After about 3 hours, you will be transferred back to your hotel. During your free time, you can either discover the island on your own or you can try scuba diving (optional). In the evening, you will do a sunset meditation session by the beach at the hotel and afterwards you will have dinner at the traditional Greek restaurant of your hotel that will cater the most delicious dishes that the Cycladic islands have to offer. The true moussaka, the fresh fish, the vine leaves, the stuffed tomatoes, the pure olive oil, all the ingredients and goodness that us Greeks are known and proud for. Greek cuisine at its best, with biological, local produce.

Day 4
Get ready for a dynamic fitness session followed by another hour of yoga practice. Enjoy your brunch at the hotel and head to the sandy beach of Panormos. The rest of the day is free to fill it as you please. In the evening, you will do a sunset meditation session by the beach at the hotel followed by a delicious dinner at a talk-of-the-town restaurant serving contemporary Mediterranean cuisine created from fresh Greek products

Day 5
Today, your evening will be slightly different than the previous ones. You will begin your day with a fitness and yoga session, as usual, and then you’ll enjoy your brunch at the hotel. Your morning is free to discover the island as you please or just relax by the pool or the beach. In the evening, you will embark on a shared Sunset Cruise in the South beaches of Mykonos. You can swim, relax and even meditate during this 3-hour experience. Once you’re back, a nice dinner will be waiting for you at the hotel.

Day 6
The time to say goodbye has arrived, but all the good memories stay! Depending on each one’s flights, you may have time for some morning practice. Have breakfast and head to the airport to catch your flight back home. If you have some time, take a quick dip into the crystal clear waters at the hotel’s beach.
