The Sah Method does away with the common misconception that spirituality must be serious or stuffy. While studying in India and Nepal, Sah realized that true awakening isn’t about the forced seriousness of “zombie zen” - it’s quite the opposite! His most profound experiences with his teachers overflowed with joy, laughter, playfulness, and fun!

Rooted in this knowledge, Sah forged his own path - developing a practice that combines what he learned in his studies, the wisdom in his heart, and his authentic, sassy nature.

Thus, the Sah Method was born!

This revolutionary group ceremony awakens, energizes, and amplifies the power in the four most essential qualities of our spiritual hearts: the warmth of compassion, the open-heartedness of love, the ecstasy of joy, and the equanimity of wisdom.

These are not qualities we want to experience minimally. This practice invites you to embrace, immerse, and anchor yourself in them, letting them flow through you, out of you, and into the world with the ease of an ever-flowing stream.

The Sah Method is less of a traditional class, and more of an intimate, live prayer-formance art experience in which your combined efforts make you, at once, both the artist and the creation itself.

This retreat will integrate Dharma talks exploring the four qualities of the heart, according to Buddhist psychology, which you’ll then put into practice via the movement language of the Sah Method.

The Sah Method is less of a traditional class, and more of an intimate, live performance art experience in which your combined efforts make you, at once, both the artist and the creation itself.

With ecstatic dance, you’ll activate your body’s healing resources and sweat out what no longer serves you, in meditation you’ll purify and train your mind, use breathwork as a fast-track to emotional catharsis, and use mantras as an invocation, inviting the vibration of your voice to clear any stagnant energy and help you connect to your spiritual heart.

Sah D’Simone is a spiritual guide, meditation teacher, international transformational speaker, best-selling author, and creator of The Sah Method, who has dedicated his life to helping others to live in alignment and achieve their highest potential. I am an outspoken, passionate advocate for body confidence, breaking the stigmas around mental health, and helping create an atmosphere in which everyone feels able to open up and talk through our suffering without fear of judgment or prejudice. I make a concerted effort to share my mission with underserved populations, and I’m deeply committed to advocating for mental health and well-being in the LGBTIQ and POC communities.

I am grateful to have shared my heart-wisdom with some of the largest organizations on the planet, including Google, MoMa, American Express, Kanye West, Cannes Lion, the United Nations, New Balance, and Bloomingdales, and onstage at TEDx. I am the chief meditation officer at Havas and have shared the stage with Deepak Chopra, Yung Pueblo, Ruby Warrington, and Dan Harris.

With my combined in-person appearances and online platforms, my teachings have helped enrich the lives of millions of people, and inspire a new generation of change-makers.
