Our 5-day retreat in Mykonos will guide you in ways to connect more deeply with yourself and your partner so that you can live a more stress-free life by activating new self-care practices.

Every day presents us with challenges and opportunities to grow and evolve. For most of us, when stress arises, it’s more natural to numb, avoid and excuse our pain instead of listening to it and learning how to better take care of ourselves. It’s time to ignite powerful possibilities and make new agreements to live a more conscious, mindful life that leaves you feeling filled, and not drained.

- Connect deeper with themselves and their partner to understand their unique and shared wellness needs.

- Activate self-care tools to reduce and eliminate stress – proactively and reactively.

- Identify what’s draining and filling their energy and how to set boundaries to reduce drains and increase fills.

- Live in harmony with their mind, body and spirit through simple mindfulness techniques.

- Hold themselves and their partner in loving accountability to ensure sustainable change.

About the retreat leaders

MaryBeth & James Hyland have been practicing + teaching mindfulness for nearly a decade as a result of seeking freedom from debilitating work addictions, coupled with significant mental and physical health issues.

As a certified Wellness Coach + flow instructor, James Hyland works with clients to connect with the messages their bodies are giving them each day, empowering them to listen to the wisdom they have to create a pain-free lifestyle. Together, these two combine their passion for mindfulness + meditation to support people who are on a journey to create a more intentional daily existence.

As the creator of ``Values-Based Mindfulness`` MaryBeth works with individuals + organizations to guide them in ways to slow down to get ahead. She is the author of Permission to Be Human: The Conscious Leader's Guide to Creating a Values-Driven Culture and serves as a global mindfulness teacher on the 18 Million user wellness platform, Insight Timer.
