I want to help improve their training routine while teaching them everything I know about nutrition. I’m also an avid traveler and love exploring. I hope to bring that same joy and energy to the experience to make it inclusive, adventurous, and an escape from ordinary life.``

About the retreat leader

Roxie is a New York based fitness trainer and coach with over with over five years of experience leading group fitness. Her high energy approach stems from her diverse background in coaching health and fitness including teaching spin at a top national studio chain, leading coaching strength and conditioning classes and working one on one with clients as a nutrition coach and personal trainer. With the recent shift away from in person fitness classes, Roxie saw the opportunity to take her brand BodyROX digital and currently coaches group strength classes on remotely via Zoom, focusing on lifting technique and form. She takes pride in creating a supportive community digitally among her class attendees as well as her one on one nutrition clients. Whether in person or otherwise, Roxie’s goal is to educate and influence as many people as possible and to them help achieve their hard-to-reach health and fitness goals. Roxie is no stranger to leading fitness retreats either! In fact, She previously co-led two fitness retreats in Indonesia and the Philippines with Le Sweat, a New York City based fitness brand.
