About This Event
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. People are looking for ways to cope with challenges, complications, and ambiguity in their lives. With mental health problems on the rise and stress topping the list of reasons for longterm absence, people are turning to mindfulness as an antidote to all the multitasking, thinking and struggling.
Join Nicole for a 7-day mindful getaway in the beautiful land of Santorini and leave your stress behind.
