About the retreat leader
Adi Petrushka has many years in the journey of yoga and meditation. She is a certified Ashtanga and Vinyasa teacher; dynamic, creative and mindful practice. She is also a bibliotherapist (using writing as a therapeutic tool), a writer and a surfer.
