The FÖRENA: Finding Your Strength & Inner Ally retreat led, and created by Jen Widerstrom was designed to help you reach a state of personal alinement. About the hotel

Tucked away within the medieval village of Megalohori, the enchanting Vedema, a Luxury Collection Resort has evolved from a 400-year-old wine cellar and a 100-year-old mansion into an authentic, Cycladic-styled property.     A soothing color palette of white, grey and bright yellow welcomes guests into the Dorian Suites. Polished wooden shutters throughout pay homage to native Santorini style and draw attention to the elegant atmosphere.Relax in the private balcony or patio with a glass of Santorini wine or a drink from the deluxe mini bar.

Day 1
  • Arrival / Check-in at Vedema
  • Dinner - Introductions
Day 2
  • 8:00 am: First Morning Workout - Group Heli-pad Sweat - let's move!
  • 9:30 am: Breakfast Pow-Wow at Pergola Restaurant + Guided Journaling Session (Jen and the participants will set the tone/direction for the week. Discuss / Set intentions.)
  • 10:30 am: Pool time - Optional activity: Day Cruise: 10am - 3:30pm: Lunch is included in the price of the cruise for those who will participate
  • Free time
  • 6:30 pm: Dinner
  • 9:00 pm: Optional Night cap at the hotel / Re-cap day (share & compare notes, challenges, discoveries!)
Day 3
  • 8:00 am: Morning Workout
  • 9:30 am: Breakfast Pow-wow & Casual group session/Q+A on food timing, myths, etc
  • 1:00 pm: Free time
  • Sea kayak : South Discovery (evening 16:00-19:30)
    Explore the south coast of Santorini, where you will enjoy the unique red & the -only accessible from the sea-white beach. We will be swimming where we want and will have a mask to snorkel and explore the volcanic underwater world near the beaches.
  • 8:00 pm: Dinner at Nicolas Cave traditional tavern
  • 10:00 pm: Optional Night cap at the hotel / Re-cap day (share & compare notes, challenges, discoveries!)
Day 4
  • 8:30 am: Morning Workout - Group Heli-pad Sweat
  • 9:30 am: Breakfast Pow-Wow at Pergola Restaurant (go over the day ahead)
  • 11:30: Mentoring Lecture with Jen
  • 1:00 pm: Free time - Optional Activity: Hike / Architectural tour through town 
  • 5:00 pm: Optional activity: Wine Tasting at the hotel's 400-year old wine cellar
  • 5:30 pm: Vino Yoga Flow on Heli-pad
  • 7:30 pm: Dinner
  • 10:00 pm: Optional Night cap at the hotel / Re-cap day (share & compare notes, challenges, discoveries!)
Day 5
  • 8:00 am: Beach Workout - move and sweat in a peaceful setting with impeccable views at the sea
  • 9:00 am: Breakfast Pow-Wow at Pergola Restaurant
  • 10-12pm: Horse Riding - Group 1
  • 12- 2pm: Horse Riding - Group 2
    Horse riding at  Black Sandy Beach Tour - Eros Beach
    Includes: photo-shooting by the guide (with the cellphone of the guests)
    On this tour we can satisfy a dream come true wish, to ride along the beach on a gorgeous horse. The landscape and the blue Aegean waters will amaze you, as we will ride along to one of the most unique and beautiful beaches of Greece, with breathtaking cliff views and ride back up to the stables.

Day 6

    *Now that you’ve learned all this- what will you do with it? Jen leads group through letter writing session to self. (Jen will send letters back to you 6 months from that date for self- check ins.)
