About This Event

During this small scale retreat, of no more than 14 participants, we will find ways to connect with ourselves, others, and mother Earth. We will analyze and practice the meanings of calm and care while you will enjoy in vacations in a perfect scenery. Leading experts will guide you to this 6-day awareness and unity trip and promise to be the starting point of your transformational wellness journey in the new era.

The BODY - MIND - SOUL retreat is available for English-speaking and Greek-speaking audience. Two different dates slots are offered. The English version will take place on September 2-7 (5 nights-6 days) whereas the Greek version will be on August 17-21 (4 nights-5 days ). Please indicate in your email which version you would like to attend.

About the retreat leader: Evi Choutou

Evi Choutou is from Athens, Greece and has lived in Rome, Italy for almost 20 years. Currently, she is working in both countries. She is the author and editor for the wellbeing magazines Piubenessere and Consapevolezza dinamica. Her studying, professional experience and travelling brings her to focus on her vocation. The research of wellbeing throughout all of our layers. As a result, the SATI Dynamic (Sensorial Awareness Training & Inspiration) method arrives to promote awareness and conscious choice.

About Ifigeneia Paraskevopoulou

Ifigenia Paraskevopoulou is the founder of The Coaching Psychology Hub and Country Leader of Points of You® Greece, she is a certified Lifé & Executive Coach, Points of You Expert, Facilitator and HRM & Employee Relations Consultant. She addresses issues and problems of the modern man by combining theories, techniques and tools from a variety of fields, such as Photography and Visual Arts Therapy, Positive Psychology, Systemic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Science, etc.

About Niki Smirni

Niki, a global explorer, who has traveled in more than 50 countries. Entrepreneur, mentor, speaker, mindful influencer. She is the founder of Travelgems. Her motto is:`` Think with your HEART, Do with your MIND now``. Inspired by Ancient Greek philosophers she loves reading, travel and innovation. The way she thinks and acts is embraced by the science of well being for herself, community and mother earth.

About Nantia Paraschou

Graduate of the Department of Philosophy of Pedagogy and Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with 2 years of study at Vakalo Art & Design and with 14 years of participation in educational seminars and conferences, in Greece and Europe. After 7 years as a pedagogue and animator of groups, mainly children but also adults, volunteer in the network of children's rights, in European solidarity planning in schools in Romania, and with many participations in group painting exhibitions, Nadia is organizing experiential art workshops. aiming at self-awareness.

Daily Schedule

Day 1: Welcome - Connection with our community
Arrival at the hotel by 5pm. Get settled in your comfortable room and take a quick stroll at the hotel and the area around. You will have plenty of time during the following days to discover all the hidden gems. In the evening, your retreat leader, Evi Choutou, will wait for you for the first session of the retreat; a great opportunity to get to know the other like-minded participants and bond with each other. You will end your day with a delicious dinner.
Day 2: Body awareness
You will start your day with an awakening sunrise meditation and a morning practice of the SATI Dynamic method taught by Evi. Continue your day with an energy-boosting breakfast and take advantage of your free time to relax at the beautiful beaches of the area. In the evening, you will be part of a deep and inspiring workshop with coach and psychologist, Ifigenia Paraskevopoulou, that opens up hearts and minds, enables authentic communication and reminds each of us who we are! Evi will then wait for you for an evening Movement practice followed by a relaxing sunset meditation before you taste a delicious local dinner.
Day 3: Self-awareness
Evi will be waiting for you early in the morning for a sunrise meditation and a SATI Dynamic morning practice that will enhance your body, open your mind, strengthen your relationships and empower your soul.. Enjoy a nutritious breakfast before your last workshop with Ifigeneia. This process is about people and the way we reflect one another, it is about how I see myself through others and through time and how to get in touch with my one of kind self and true potential! In the evening, together with Niki Smirni, you will discuss your intimate relationship with nature, the 5 + 1 senses or coherence of Aristotle's senses in order to feel their power during your travels and to embrace the experience with your five senses.
Day 4: Self-care
You will start your day with a sunrise meditation and a SATI Dynamic morning practice that will help you connect with your inner self. The rest of the day is free to relax before your evening Mindful Travel session with Niki that will show you how to enhance your intimate relationship with nature in order to be fully present during your travels and to embrace the experience with your five senses.
Day 5: Mindfulness
Evi will be waiting for you for your every-day sunrise meditation and morning practice. In the evening, Nantia Paraschou will then take the lead for a self-awareness session where you will activate the "3 brains", the mind, the stomach, and the heart through visual arts. Afterwards, taste a delicious authentic greek dinner.
Day 6: Farewell
Get up early in the morning and meet Evi for a last morning meditation and practice. Afterward, together with Nantia, you will create "positive" experiences that will make it easier for the emergence of desires for expression, creativity, communication, empathy, and self-knowledge. This holistic experience has come to an end, but the memories will stay!
