This 4-night transformational retreat created and guided by Niki Smirni, Founder of Travelgems and author of The Method: Become Who You Meant to Be, alongside Kalona Stone, a master facilitator of somatic and energy-based practices. Set against the luminous backdrop of Mykonos and the sacred energy of Delos, this retreat explores how human connection becomes the mirror through which we rediscover ourselves.

Each day unfolds as a reflection — of the Self, the Other, and our Ecosystem — inviting you to see how your values, relationships, and environment shape who you are becoming. Through guided circles, breathwork, movement, and reflection, you’ll learn to open your heart, let go of control, and see yourself clearly through others.

The retreat culminates with a symbolic journey to Delos, the island of light and creation — a reminder that the truest connection begins when we dare to be seen. Every encounter — with others, with nature, with yourself — is an invitation to see clearly.

About The Leader

Niki Smirni, author of THE METHOD: Become Who You Meant to Be, is a lifelong student of humanity, entrepreneur, and transformational leadership expert with over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, psychology, and personal development. She is the founder of Travelgems, Europe’s leading well-being company, and a TEDx Speaker known for inspiring audiences around the world to live with clarity, authenticity, and purpose.

She holds two MSc degrees — one in Transformational Leadership from NYU and another in International Marketing from Strathclyde University. She is also a Certified Chopra Meditation Instructor, bringing a mindful and holistic dimension to her work. This foundation, together with her love for philosophy and spirituality, allows her to merge academic insight, spiritual practice, and real-world experience with timeless wisdom. Niki’s work focuses on building communities that thrive together, rooted in her belief that growth is collective, not merely individual. Her mission is to build a world full of authentic human smiles.

About the retreat contributor

Kalona Stone, a Travelgems Community Member, is a military veteran, systemic psychotherapist, life coach, Reiki practitioner, and soul-centered guide whose work bridges clinical precision with embodied, intuitive, and energetic healing.

With a background shaped by global humanitarian service and advanced clinical training, she weaves together somatic therapy, narrative re-authoring, energy work, Reiki, Kundalini awakening practices, and transcendental meditation. In her spaces, yoga becomes a return to the body as temple, a meeting with the mind as messenger, and a liberation of the soul as guide.

Kalona’s sessions create alchemical containers where clarity becomes liberation, the nervous system softens into safety, and the body becomes the gateway to profound emotional and spiritual freedom. Through therapy, coaching, teaching, energy work, and soul-led practices, she guides others into a journey of embodied awakening—where mind, body, and soul return to wholeness, and the magic of being fully alive rises from within.

About The Destination

Mykonos will serve you exactly what you desire to be served. Here, traditional Greek island charm meets ultra-premium accommodation, sophisticated dining, high-end shopping, molecular mixology, and an unimaginable array of service options–but only if you want it to. At the same time, you can lay your towel on almost virgin beaches with not a soul around, you can buy fresh fish directly from the Aegean Sea early in the morning from the fishermen at the port, you can savour a homemade local cheese pie and a simple frappe (Greek iced instant coffee), while gazing at the sunrise from the island’s trademark windmills.     Cancellation Policy: A 10% deposit secures your spot and is refundable within one week. An additional 20% payment is required within one month (non-refundable). The remaining 70% balance can be paid in flexible installments, with full payment due no later than 45 days before the retreat start date. Cancellations after this point will incur a 100% cancellation fee

    Important Info: In case there are Covid-19 restrictions or any other restrictions related to any other pandemic that prevent guests from traveling the total amount paid will be refunded.

    Transport: For Niki’s retreat in Mykonos, you can fly into Mykonos International Airport (code: JMK).

    Booking Instructions: Double Occupancy Room

    If you’d like a Double Occupancy room, you can either book a single spot and be paired with a like-minded retreat participant in a TWIN room, or book 2 spots if you already know the person you’ll be sharing with. In that case, the room can be king-sized or twin, based on your preference.
