Soulful Love Retreat
The Soulful Love Retreat and PHOS (Paros Heals Our Senses) come together to create a unique holistic journey for body, mind, and soul — offered as an exclusive combined package at Parīlio, a Member of Design Hotels™.
While this can be experienced as a full holistic package, each retreat can also be booked separately.
The journey begins with the Soulful Love Retreat (September 29 – October 2), a 3-night immersive experience that gently prepares participants for the radiant energy of PHOS (October 2 – 4). Rooted in wellness, creativity, and mindfulness, this journey invites deep self-discovery and a reawakening of the senses. Through breathwork, conscious movement, and experiential art, you will reconnect with your inner rhythms and cultivate a more compassionate, soulful relationship with yourself.
Each day is thoughtfully curated to peel away layers of distraction, tension, and noise, allowing participants to foster authentic connections and return to the wisdom of the body through breath, movement, and mindful touch.
Soulful Love offers a sacred pause — an opportunity to honor who you are now while creating a bridge toward the luminous energy of PHOS (the Greek word for Light). This pre-retreat experience prepares you to fully receive the transformative depth of the main wellness weekend with openness, presence, and clarity.

Located in the heart of the Cyclades in the Aegean Sea, Paros is a charming Greek island celebrated for its Cycladic architecture, golden beaches with crystal-clear waters, and picturesque villages surrounded by shadowy valleys and ancient treasures. Condé Nast describes it as the loveliest of all the Cyclades.
From serene beaches to cultural treasures and vibrant villages, Paros combines natural beauty with timeless charm. Whitewashed Naoussa, with its tranquil harbor, stands out as one of the most picturesque and stylish former fishing villages in the Cyclades.
The rolling landscape of Paros, with its pine-fringed coves, whitewashed villages, and mountainous terrain, forms the perfect backdrop for Parīlio. Among its suites, past, present, and future merge in a celebration of this iconic Greek escape. Designed by Interior Design Laboratorium and led by Design Hotels™ Originals Kalia and Antonis Eliopoulos, Parīlio draws inspiration from its surroundings—landscape, history, and mythology. As the island’s first true luxury gateway, Parīlio embraces the unspoiled natural beauty and relaxed rhythms of Cycladic life. With timeless Greek architecture and modern design, the hotel delivers an authentic experience. Its name combines ‘Paros’ and the Greek word for sun, ‘ilios,’ reflecting its harmony with the locale. This retreat offers a poetic escape, blending contemporary needs with a time-honored aesthetic, making it an idyllic hideaway for all travelers.
