This 6-day, 5-night immersive will serve as a deep excavation into every aspect of the conditioning that keeps us from taking radical ownership of our lives. We will infuse components of relational energetics, metaphysics, shadow work, reparenting practices, and vision tending to awaken dormant aspects of our Souls deepest longings. All while drinking in the breathtaking beauty and inspiration provided by the Tuscan countryside.
Together we will spend time:
recognizing limiting patterns, codependent tendencies, distorted forms thinking & processing
identifying where and how you are holding yourself back from your life’s full potential
connecting to the parts of yourself you’ve been conditioned to abandon through the process of shadow work
understanding how connecting to intuition, metaphysics, meditation, astrology, and tarot can support you in consciously connecting with deeper layers of your Self
challenging your comfort zone and exploring your own sense of aliveness through excursions, intentional self-care, somatic movement and play, and connecting in community
grounding into a more authentic way of showing up in your community, in your relationships, and in your purpose
Dené Logan is a Relationship Coach and Therapist, a group facilitator, and an author based in Los Angeles. In addition to working with clients in private practice, she is a mindfulness coach, a yoga teacher, and specializes in supporting others in showing up more authentically in all of their relationships – including (and perhaps most importantly) in the relationship with themselves.
Dené utilizes her background in depth psychology to infuse archetypes, ritual, and metaphysics into the exploration of how each of us can reclaim the aspects of our authentic selves that we’ve been culturally conditioned to turn away from in an attempt to maintain attachments.

Cancellation Policy: A 10% deposit is required for bookings made more than 6 months before the retreat; the deposit is refundable within 7 days, after which it becomes non-refundable. An additional 20% is due within one month of booking. For bookings made less than 6 months before the retreat, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 70% can be paid in flexible installments, with full payment due 45 days before the retreat. Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat are refundable, excluding the applicable non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 45 days are non-refundable.
Transportation: The retreat takes place at Torre a Cona Wine Estate, in the Florentine hills southeast of Florence. Guests can fly into Florence Airport (FLR), from where Torre a Cona is approximately a 30-minute drive. Arrival and departure transfers can be arranged upon request. Force Majeure / Travel Restrictions: In the event of COVID-19 restrictions or any other government-imposed travel limitations related to a pandemic that prevent guests from attending, all payments made will be fully refunded.

If you’d like a Double Occupancy room, you can either book a single spot and be paired with a like-minded retreat participant in a TWIN room, or book 2 spots if you already know the person you’ll be sharing with.
