Booking Instructions: Double Occupancy Room

If you’d like a Double Occupancy room, you can either book a single spot and be paired with a like-minded retreat participant in a TWIN room, or book 2 spots if you already know the person you’ll be sharing with. In that case, the room can be king-sized or twin, based on your preference.

Promo Code: If you have a promo code, please include it in the Notes section during checkout. The discount will be applied to the remaining balance of your booking.

Payment Options:

Deposit (30%):
- To secure your spot at the retreat, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  Of this amount, 20% is refundable within one week of payment; after this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- To proceed, select the 30% deposit for a Single or Double Occupancy Room and add it to your cart. Our Experience Curator will contact you with the next steps and further details about your booking.
Final Payment (70%):
- The remaining 70% balance can be paid in flexible installments up to 45 days before the retreat start date.
- Cancellations made up to 45 days before the retreat will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable portion of the 30% deposit.
  Cancellations made after this date will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refunds issued.
