Payment Options:
- Initial Pre-Booking Deposit (10%):
- A 10% deposit is required to book your spot. This deposit is fully refundable if canceled within one week. After one week, it becomes non-refundable.
- To proceed, select the 10% deposit for a Single or Double Occupancy Room and add it to your cart. Our experience curator will contact you with the next steps.
- 30% Non-Refundable Deposit:
- Lock in your participation with a 30% deposit. This payment is non-refundable and confirms your place at the retreat.
- Choose the 30% deposit for a Single or Double Occupancy Room and add it to your cart. Our experience curator will reach out to confirm your booking and welcome you to the retreat.
- Final Payment:
- The remaining 70% balance can be paid in flexible installments until 45 days before the retreat start date.
- You may cancel up to 45 days before the retreat begins for a full refund, excluding your 30% deposit, which is non-refundable. Cancellations made after this date will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refunds issued.
