Booking Instructions: Double Occupancy Room

If you’d like a Double Occupancy room, you can either book a single spot and be paired with a like-minded retreat participant in a TWIN room, or book 2 spots if you already know the person you’ll be sharing with. In that case, the room can be king-sized or twin, based on your preference.

 

Past Participants Community Discount

If you are a past retreat participant, you can receive your exclusive community discount in either of the following ways:

  • Email us at info@travelgems.com to request your discount, or
  • Include a note in the checkout notes section stating that you are a past participant — the discount will then be applied to your remaining balance.

Payment Options:

  1. Initial Pre-Booking Deposit (10%):
    • A 10% deposit is required to book your spot. This deposit is fully refundable if canceled within one week. After one week, it becomes non-refundable.
    • To proceed, select the 10% deposit for a Single or Double Occupancy Room and add it to your cart. Our experience curator will contact you with the next steps.
  2. 30% Non-Refundable Deposit:
    • Lock in your participation with a 30% deposit. This payment is non-refundable and confirms your place at the retreat.
    • Choose the 30% deposit for a Single or Double Occupancy Room and add it to your cart. Our experience curator will reach out to confirm your booking and welcome you to the retreat.
  3. Final Payment:
    • The remaining 70% balance can be paid in flexible installments until 45 days before the retreat start date.
    • You may cancel up to 45 days before the retreat begins for a full refund, excluding your 30% deposit, which is non-refundable. Cancellations made after this date will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refunds issued.
