Meet Katie Martin, a dynamic personal trainer from Queensland, Australia, with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. As a lead strength trainer for the global app Sweat, Katie provides expert guidance to individuals around the world, helping them achieve their fitness and health goals. A passionate runner herself, Katie incorporates running into her training philosophy, encouraging others to embrace its benefits for both fitness and mental clarity.
In addition to her work at Sweat, Katie is a talented cook and author, having recently released her highly praised cookbook, The Kitchen Series, which inspires healthy living through delicious, nourishing meals. Katie is also dedicated to expanding her reach, regularly attending global fitness expos to connect with audiences and share her expertise. Through her virtual training, live events, and culinary creations, Katie continues to make a lasting impact in the fitness and wellness world, blending expert coaching, practical nutrition advice, and a genuine commitment to helping others lead healthier, more empowered lives.
