About This Event
For the first time, Elise Joan and Niki Smirni come together to co-create a private, invitation-only retreat designed for a carefully selected group of individuals who feel called to deepen their personal evolution—together.
We Move, We Grow, We Evolve — Together is an intentionally intimate experience, created to support meaningful connection, embodied growth, and authentic transformation. Every element of the retreat has been curated to allow space for presence, depth, and genuine human exchange.
As Elise and Niki have evolved over the years, so has their work. This retreat offers a deep, integrative exploration of self-love across body, mind, and soul, supporting participants to reconnect, recharge, and realign with who they truly are.
You will be welcomed into a close-knit community of like-minded individuals, each on their own path, yet united by shared values of openness, curiosity, and conscious growth. Through movement, mindful practices, reflection, and meaningful dialogue, Elise and Niki will guide experiences that awaken the body, quiet the mind, and deepen the connection to inner wisdom.
Set against the natural beauty of the Algarve—sun, sea, and open space—this retreat creates the conditions to move freely, grow deeply, and reconnect with inner strength. You will be supported to honor your story, listen to your body’s intelligence, and step into your next chapter with clarity and confidence.

About the retreat leaders
Elise Joan is a Beachbody Super Trainer and the creator of the innovative programs ‘Barre Blend,’ ‘Pre/Post Natal Barre Blend,’ and the “I Am” meditation series for Beachbody. A lifestyle curator, mindfulness expert, and soulful yoga, fitness, and personal development leader, Elise’s passion is to AWAKEN you to your power, purpose, and calling through tangible action.
She has been featured as a host and health expert for ABC, NBC, KTLA, Lifetime, and Z Living TV, and has built multiple businesses while innovating the wellness industry with Livestrong, SHAPE, SELF magazines, Fitbit, and other leading brands.
Elise is known for bringing yoga off the mat into your life, relationships, and career. She has led dozens of international retreats, offering experiences from exploration and adventure to deeper life connection. Through goal-setting techniques, self-care practices, and intimate fitness, nutrition, and meditation workshops, she guides guests to their healthiest mind, body, and spirit. Niki Smirni, author of THE METHOD, is a lifelong student of humanity, entrepreneur, and transformational leadership expert with over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, psychology, and personal development. She is the founder of Travelgems, Europe’s leading well-being company. Academically, she holds two MSc degrees: one in Transformational Leadership from NYU and another in International Marketing from Strathclyde University. This foundation as well as her love for philosophy and spirituality has allowed her to combine academic insights with timeless wisdom. Niki’s focus is on building communities that thrive together, rooted in her belief that growth is collective, not just individual. Her mission is to help people see clearly, evolve authentically, and live lives of purpose and connection.

About the hotel

Cancellation Policy: To secure your spot, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Of this amount, 20% is refundable within one week of payment; after this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 70% balance can be paid in flexible installments, with full payment due no later than 45 days before the retreat start date. Cancellations made after this point will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Important Info: In case there are Covid-19 restrictions or restrictions related to any other pandemic that prevent guests from traveling the total amount paid will be refunded.
Transport: The closest airport to the resort is Faro International Airport (code: FAO)
