About This Event
Our relationship dynamics are changing.
After centuries of being conditioned to out-source our power through codependent dynamics, understanding that there’s one ‘right’ way to experience growth and a sense of relational fulfilment, and utilizing relationships as a place to often times hide out from our deeper practices of self-actualization work – we are beginning to understand that it’s time to evolve.
But what will our relationships with (first and foremost) ourselves and others look like within a new paradigm of authenticity and mutual understanding? This inquiry is the work of walking the path of the Sovereign Soul.
This 6-day, 5-night immersive retreat, led by Dené Logan and held at the W Algarve Hotel in Portugal, will support you in:
• Understanding personal responsibility and self-sovereignty as the key to our collective healing.
• Explore what means to step into the fullest expression of your soul’s purpose for this lifetime
• Identify where and how you are holding yourself back.
• Recognize codependent tendencies and other distorted forms of thinking and processing.
• Unearth the origin points of limiting beliefs that keep you from standing in your power.
• Balance your innate need for belonging and release fear-based ways of relating to others.
• Learn to show up in your community and your relationships more authentically.
About the retreat leader
Dené Logan is a Marriage and Family Therapist, a group facilitator, and an author based in Los Angeles. In addition to working with clients in private practice, she is a mindfulness coach, a yoga teacher, and specializes in supporting others in showing up more authentically in all of their relationships – including (and perhaps most importantly) in the relationship with themselves.
Dené utilizes her background in depth psychology to explore how each of us can reclaim the aspects of our authentic selves we’ve been conditioned to turn away from in an attempt to maintain attachments.
